The general dimensions are the same. The consistency of the foam is very different. They are significantly firmer than OEM, even in comparison with new-old-stock foam. It also has somewhat different "consistency" --somewhat hard to explain, but it tears/crumbles easier than OEM. This has been problematic for the install because some of the smaller embedded retaining wires have pulled out and arent keeping the seams pulled down into the cushion. I am devising a work-around, but its adding a lot of time/effort to the installation. The II cushion also uses a retention wire for the rear seam on the lower seat cover, rather than pulling it down into the slot. I cut holes through the cushion in the same way as OEM, so its not a big deal, but worth mentioning. A little difficult to explain in words-- I'll try to post pictures in the future when I have a chance. I think the true test will be in how the cushions hold up over time and in the elements, which wont be known for some time.
